Isabelle is a trainer and coach at Winterbourne Equine.

Isabelle has a strong background of showing at a Royal level and dressage training to advanced level. Having worked with a wide variety of different breeds (English native ponies, to warmbloods, thoroughbreds, quarter horses, stock horses, gypsy cobs and everything in between), Isabelle became intrigued by the equine mind and how it functions. This led her to develop an interest in equitation science, looking to further deepen her understanding and skills. In recent years Isabelle’s focus has been in the reined cow horse and stockman’s challenge disciplines. She has had success through applying the equitation science principles to the western manoeuvres and cattle work. 

Isabelle has a passion for starting horses under saddle (foundation training) and young horse development. Isabelle believes in the application of Equitation Science principles to create happy, confident and safe horses. Through Winterbourne Equine she offers training, starting horses under saddle (all sizes, breeds and disciplines welcome) and as well as individualised coaching for a range of disciplines (both children and adults).
