Nancy’s family has owned horses for generations, both in Australia and the UK.  Nancy is a competitive rider with an interest in horse training from a welfare standpoint.  She is particularly interested in finding and using evidence-based training methods to solve common problems that arise with horses.  Since obtaining her Diploma of Equitation Science, Nancy has successfully used evidence- based methods to both train and retrain younger and older horses and ponies under saddle and on the ground.  She has found evidence-based training to be an invaluable tool to solve numerous problems including catching, float loading, needle shyness, jibbing, stopping and shoeing issues, amongst others.
