Sandra works as a wellness counsellor, performance coach, equestrian coach, and horse trainer in both a face to face and online capacity.

As an equestrian, Sandra offers her clients over 20 years of experience working with dressage, showjumping and eventing horses covering breeding, youngstock, breaking in and elite levels of performance in both Australia and Germany. Sandra believes passionately in the ESI lens offering a hybrid model of coaching that combines the best of modern equestrian knowledge and training practice underpinned by her Diploma of Equitation Science and mentorship by Dr Andrew Mclean.

As a wellness counsellor and performance coach Sandra supports a diverse client base. Sandra works from a person-centred trauma informed lens and was inspired to become a counsellor to help fill the gap in mental health support found in the equestrian community.
